Joseph West is a licensed psychotherapist in Florida with over 20 years experience, specializing in counseling with all ages, behavioral medicine and biofeedback. 

He received his bachelor’s degree from Kent State University and received his graduate degree at Nova Southeastern University.

Mr. West has worked extensively with children and adolescents in inpatient residential hospitals and in outpatient settings. He has taught parenting classes for divorcing parents for the court system as well as anger management and coping skills training groups.

Mr. West has worked in C.A.R.F accredited comprehensive multidisciplinary pain treatment centers, specialty neurology and sleep clinics and was the director of the behavioral division of the Ryan Wheeler Headache Treatment Center in Miami.

He has done numerous workshops and has been frequently interviewed on television and radio newscasts, nationally syndicated newspaper articles and full length national television programs on children and adolescent issues, headache, pain and stress-related medical problems.
